-Government refers to a group of ppl responsible for ruling a country, it can also refer to a system of ruling.
-A good government promotes peace and harmony, ensures country makes progress, take care of day to day running of the country, should be impartial.
-a good government also includes no corruption, just law, stimulation of economy.
- a centralised government means that ruler makes decisions and officials make sure that the ruler's orders are carried out. Problems
